About the Founder
Zachary Lewis is an industrial designer and product development specialist focused on turning ideas into manufacturable, real-world products. As the founder of Flux Design and Innovation Ltd, he works across the full New Product Development (NPD) process, combining concept design, CAD engineering, prototyping, and manufacturing support to help businesses bring products to market.
He started Flux during the COVID-19 lockdown, at a time when breaking into the industrial design industry was particularly challenging, and built it into a consultancy supporting over 250 companies across a wide range of industries. This foundation has shaped a practical, resilient approach to design and problem-solving.
His work bridges the gap between early-stage ideas and production-ready solutions, with a strong focus on ensuring every design is functional, cost-effective, and ready for manufacture at scale.
His focus remains on solving complex design challenges and creating products that deliver real value to both businesses and end users.
