The Fenrir Knattle Ball was designed to create a more engaging and rewarding fetch experience for both dogs and their owners. The goal was to develop a toy that maximised interaction through movement, visibility, and durability, while remaining simple and intuitive to use.
Its high-bounce rubber construction delivers unpredictable and exciting movement across a variety of surfaces, encouraging dogs to stay engaged during play. The bright yellow colour was selected for its high visibility in grass, water, and outdoor environments, making it easier for both dogs and owners to locate during retrieval games. The ball was also engineered to float, expanding its use beyond traditional fetch and making it suitable for water-based activities.
From a design and manufacturing perspective, the product balances durability with performance. The robust rubber material is capable of withstanding energetic play from powerful breeds, while the smooth exterior allows for quick and easy cleaning after use.
